Thanks so much for this post! I am not celiac but believe that eating gluten-free (as well as dairy- and sugar-free) is something I should be doing. I&#039;ve always been totally turned off by all the different ingredients one seemingly needs, then, and to be honest couldn&#039;t be bothered by all the effort. But your cookbook makes everything look so easy, and the substitution you have for wheat seems a lot easier than some I&#039;ve seen out there!
