Handy tips on making a gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate cake

Well, I’m back from my trip to Ottawa – had a chance to visit some friends and family and had a great time! My segments on A-Morning and on Rogers Daytime Ottawa went really well, and the wonderful folks at Rogers have invited me to come back. I have to say a huge “thank you!” to the producers and hosts at both shows – these are really hard working people with fantastic attitudes, and everyone was stellar.

In the first segment, I talk about the challenges of living with multiple food sensitivities, and a few tips on how to make life just a little bit easier, and a whole lot more fulfilling.
