Last night wrapped up day one of three for the Whole Life Expo! Thanks to everyone that stopped by my booth to say hello and pick up a copy of book!
Our day started with some crazy packing, and luckily we arrived nice and early to setup at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. There was so much anticipation for the show that people had to be admitted early because the lineup was breaking fire code! There were some very cool exhibitors, everyone and everything from alternative health practitioners, crystals, beautiful teas, delicious miso (my next door neighbour), and raw vegan cuisines.
I gave away about 200 mini lemon cupcakes (recipe is in this blog and was also featured in the November issue of Vitality) – more than I anticipated, so I think I’ll run out pretty early in the show today! I’m impressed with myself that I only actually ate one myself Tonight may be a big baking night… we’ll see how tired I am when I get back.
